I live an active life. My wife and i both work and have varied and busy work schedules, she is an avid runner and loves yoga too, we have two young children, and me well i have a love of cycling, kayaking, hiking and gardening.

In 2013 I rode more than 2,000-miles on the bike and successfully trained and completed my first Century Bike Ride. In the process, I rode 3-4 times a week from April-August, including local rides like the French & Pickering Creek Iron Tour Ride, and Chester Co. Challenge Ride for Cancer, etc., and then a 102.5-mile JDRF Ride to Cure Diabetes last July in Vermont.

In the Fall of 2013, I almost was roadkill by someone driving on the wrong side of the road. I suffered from a hard crash to the ground and injuries to my hip and shoulder.
Kristy and all the folks at In-Motion Physical Therapy were there to assist in getting me back on my feet, and back on my bike. They worked with me to professionally assess and develop an action plan to help me start to heal and gain mobility back.

In-Motion are a great group of folks very much focused on working their hardest to get you back to yourself whatever life throws at you. 🙂
