In Motion Physical Therapy is looking to hire a Physical Therapist to work at their Downingtown PA facility, which is a therapist owned outpatient physical therapy clinic 40 minutes west of Philadelphia. We are currently eight therapists in a 15,000 sq ft facility that includes state of the art equipment and a medically oriented fitness facility. We are a patient focused facility with specialized mentoring opportunities to cater to the needs of the new graduates as well for a more experienced therapist looking to expand their manual skills and clinical reasoning through evidence-based practice standards.

The clinical environment is a fertile ground for the exchange of ideas and philosophies. We have a large support staff of aides and front office staff to support the therapists. We use a web based EMR utilizing an issued iPad to automate documentation and billing. We see a variety of diagnosis’ including orthopedics, gait/balance, vestibular, concussion for the pediatric to geriatric population. We also treat a variety of sports-related injuries as well as pre and post surgical treatment. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and benefits include medical, dental and vision benefits as well as Continuing Education budget, Paid Time Off (PTO) for vacation and holidays, APTA dues and a retirement plan. The clinic is open Monday thru Friday and includes some evenings until 7 pm.

We are hiring physical therapy aides! College students interested in a career in an Allied Health Profession. The physical therapy aide assists the physical therapists in patient care.
